Questions, corrections or feedback? Here is how to contact the team behind this guide.

The one inbox that reaches an editor

Email us at [email protected]. That inbox reaches the editorial desk directly, and it is the fastest way to get a real answer from a person who works on the reviews rather than a support script. Whether you have spotted an error, want to flag a game we have missed, or simply disagree with a verdict, we would rather hear it than not.

What to expect when you write

We read every message and reply to most within two to three working days. It is a small team, so a genuinely tricky question about a game's maths may take a little longer while someone re-checks it in the demo, and we would rather answer slowly and correctly than quickly and wrong. Messages that are marketing pitches, link-exchange requests or attempts to buy a better score get a short, polite no.

A few things we cannot help with, so it saves us both time to say them up front. We are not a casino and hold no player accounts, so we cannot process a deposit, chase a withdrawal, unlock a bonus or resolve a dispute with an operator. For anything to do with your money at a specific site, contact that operator's own support, and if that fails, its licensing regulator.

Our corrections policy

We get things wrong sometimes, and when we do we fix them in the open. If you can show us that a figure, a date or a claim on the site is inaccurate, tell us what is wrong and, where you can, point us at the primary source. We will re-check it against the in-game panels or the provider spec, correct the page if you are right, and re-date it so the change is visible rather than buried. Material corrections get a note on the page itself. We will not quietly rewrite history, and we will not leave a known error standing because it is inconvenient.

Tips, press and general enquiries

If you know of a new tumble slot worth testing, a discrepancy between a provider's published numbers and what a game actually does, or a scam download posing as an official app, send it to the same address and mark it clearly. Tips from players who have actually played a game are some of the most useful mail we get. For press or partnership enquiries, use the same inbox and give us the detail up front, and please remember that a commercial relationship never changes what a review says.
